There are a lot of people in prison with cognitive issues wondering today why they were arrested and tried in court and convicted....I agree, they should move forward with prosecuting Joe. Courts in Europe prosecuted Nazis well into their 90s, some of whom were senile at the time. It's no excuse.

Biden needs to take a private cognitive test by a professional and the results and long term prognosis need to be discussed with his family and key aids.
