What if the corrupt Chicago Political Apparatus which is in control of the White House hustled the old woman, Ginzburg, off the Supreme Court and appointed Eric Holder in her place, and Harry Reid tried to ram it through the Senate before the Republicans could assume the majority?

What would happen?

Holder belongs in jail not on the Supreme Court.

The GOP filibusters Holder so he won't get on the bench.

Does it still take 60 Senators? Reid changed the rules...like any totalitarian would, Do the old rules still apply to Supreme Court appointments?

The closest Holder should get to the Supreme Court is having to testify in his own defense when he is indicted for his part in the murder of two Border Patrol officers and about a hundred Mexican citizens.

Holder didn't murder anyone.

And your "Fast And Furious" scandal turned out to be a whole lot of bullshit.

"His part in the murder of two Border Patrol officers". If you sold a gun to someone who killed two federal officers Holder would be on you faster than flies on a fresh turd.

He will be making benches in prison. The man is a criminal.

He pushes Ginzberg into retiring; appoints Holder (or some other socialist thug with a law degree).

Harry Reid rushes it through with 51 votes...and defeated lame ducks like maybe Hagan, Begich, Prior...in defiance of what the voters of their state thinks...vote to confirm.

If he needs 51 votes, he can do it by December.

If he needs 60 votes, the Country gets a reprieve.

Which is it?

Everybody on here acts like a Constitutional Scholar...does anybody know how many votes the old crook Reid will need to get another crook confirmed to the Supreme Court?
