The courts made them pull out the ban on gay being explicitly written. But it was written that way originally and has the intent still behind the law. Seems like the ordinance did at one time mention homosexuality--some so-called gay-pride events can get extremely lewd and vulgar--but they have removed that specific word while leaving all the other language re public indecency.
