The Sunni and Shia Arabs have been killing each other for centuries. In order to maintain political correct fairness, Obama should propose that for every Shia Arab admitted to the US there should be a Sunni Arab admitted. That way they can resume killing each other in the US.
As an aside, all Muslims are not Jihadists, but all Jihadists are Muslims. That way a percentage of the Muslim Arabs admitted to the US that are Jihadists can resume killing Christians and Jews in the US.
