It prohibits counties and municipalities from passing anti-discrimination ordinances and requires transgender people to use public bathrooms and locker rooms that match their gender at birth.

Instead, the Republican who is running for re-election in November, said he is banning discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity on state government personnel decisions and wants lawmakers, who return to Raleigh for a regular session April 25, to restore the right to sue in state court if lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender people believe they have faced discrimination.

We are still going to have a mass action in Raleigh on the 25th , he and his band of thumpers have screwed up NC royally, In Feb we brought out of 80,000 people to Raleigh
