bear, candycorn....I'm just so sorry. I have been married to my husband 25 years. He is my favorite person on the planet. I can't imagine the heartache I will have to bear if I lose him. I'm so sorry.

I just saw this, bear. I lost my husband of 44 years 3 years ago. It was a blessing, because his dementia was getting him down. But for his good years, they all slipped away too fast. And being suddenly and profoundly alone is not a particular blessing.
