There is never a legitimate excuse to kill an innocent person,no matter how they are conceived.

You even go as far as rationalizing terms,like anti choice,when its all about life,not choices,but then the willfully ignorant do things like this.

It’s not a ‘stupid’ law; it’s perfectly appropriate criminal law in the context of procedural due process – having nothing to do whatsoever with the issue of abortion, a woman’s right to privacy, and the Constitution’s prohibition of the state interfering in citizens’ private lives.
