I live in Virginia which has open and concealed carry laws, yet I walk down the street and in malls, and not have to worry about some liberal zelot open firing upon the rest of us, because they DONT know how is and who isn't carrying, but only go to the only places that don't allow guns. Seems that people who want to kill other people will find whatever means necessary to find those FREE to KILL ZONES.
