You should really worry more about strengthening your tendons and maintaining flexibility over muscle size.
The golfer Bryson Dechambeau went nuts with protein shakes. He bulked up to 250 pounds and was driving the ball like a gorilla. Then he started getting sick and now he's lost most of that weight and not doing protein shakes anymore. Food for thought.Been working out a tad
