If this is a reference to the Keystone pipeline, Americans won't see a drop of that oil (nor any of the profits from it) since it is intended for sales overseas. Canada's people don't want the pipeline built in their own country so they figure, what the hell, Americans are stupid enough to allow it, so why not?

And by the way, we already buy a shitload of oil from Canada. In fact, we are their number one customer.
