If he can get the government to fund it (like his other boondoggles), why not?
 
Remember: You can not place curb barriers in the air. And if you think people being run down on the curb or stores or bldgs being run into is a problem now, wait till you open that can of worms.

The best about this is that this would eliminate road infrastructure. Roads are very bad, because they cut through wild life, so, many animals lose their homes and die.

I'm sorry, there will be strict car-gun controls. Semi-automated weapons with small clips maybe.
