That is how corrupt the MAGA repub party has become. It took six years? You know why? The previous Commonwealths Attorney was a repub and let them get away with breaking the law.

Each is charged with a single count of burning an object with the intent of intimidating a person or group of people. The charge carries a maximum penalty of up to five years in prison.

And yet the murdering BLM ilk that torched, robbed, beat and killed citizens during their summer of destruction go unpunished.
Kookbot jimboliar.

Well torches have the inference that there may, might, possibly, could be , chance of, opportunity for, indication that, reported that, heard from someone who heard from someone, That later on torches means problems so like with Babbit preemptive action must be taken to assure no issues down the road. Sounds like a bogus charge to indict people the left doesn’t like ( as per usual).

What do you mean they went unpunished?

My guess is that Virginia isn't going to bother to spend the considerable sum to extradite these people.

Its just politically posturing.
Thought police as to what their potentially frightening attempts might be so make up ridiculous charges over events that have not even occurred. Babbits life was preempted by using the same feelings mode for safe spacers

Read the post. They broke the law...just like Babbit. They need to pay. The law and order repubs only want just when a Dem breaks it. These were Nazi sympathizers marching and shouting..."You will not replace us. Into the Ovens."

It is a class five felony to use a flame to intimidate. I am surprised they didn't burn a cross.

Yeah potential intent never was a law breaker until lib loons abandoned reality and actual occurrent events-
Next up for safe spacers-outlawing kitchen matches, They are almost 4 inches long and have a flaming head on them like a torch and who knows what the potential, maybe possible use and outcome will be???????

That is wrong on a several levels.
But let us just settle on: it is an incorrect assertion.

Its just politically posturing.
I don't know enough about the politics of that county, city, or area to have an opinion on that.
I'm not exactly sure that the poster PPrince does either.
Unless, of course, he offers the forum his bona fides.

But, the positive I hope we all can take about this is that if you do bad juju......karma lurks. Even if it takes 6yrs. Maybe not much will come from these indictments....but none of us here (?) would want to get that call, or that letter, informing of the indictment for our actions. So the angst level has likely gone up in those households.

And, of course, it does send a message to those who may contemplate doing some bad juju. Maybe they should re-contemplate.
Good on that.

Babbits life was preempted by......
...by Babbit. She was free, of course, to make the decision she made. She chose to join a violent mob. She chose to participate with them in violently battering down a barrier purpose-built to block her mob. And she chose to charge into the just opened breach towards the officers.
AND......as our own personal lives tell us......choices have consequences.
Stupid games earn stupid prizes.

May her family find peace....and freedom from Rightfield fringies continuing to drag the bloody corpse of their daughter regularly and frequently across the internet.

Lefties burn cities and get away with it
No, that is wrong. And wrong-headed.
But, in a moment of grace let us not deride poor poster Whitehall. Rather, let us simply ask the poster to prove his assertion. To back up his word. To put his money on his mouth.

Saddle up, our friend.
