There was both evidence of obstruction as well as obstruction.
Mueller was never going to bring charges to the President as he was following DOJ policy of not indicting a sitting president.
That is a lie since by LAW, Special Counsel must make a decision for each charge, either a Prosecution Charge or a Declination charge.
I laid this out here.
A sample:
"How many times do you stupid leftists have to be shown the Special Prosecutor LAW, that requires either one of the two available decisions, Prosecution or Declination:
28 CFR § 600.8 - Notification and reports by the Special Counsel.
"(c)Closing documentation. At the conclusion of the Special Counsel's work, he or she shall provide the Attorney General with a confidential report explaining the prosecution or declination decisions reached by the Special Counsel."
Yes, the special counsel shall (hmm seems conservatives have been having trouble with that word lately) provide and explanation for any decisions reached. What happens when he doesn't, however specifically did not exonerate the president? You're not reading that line correctly.
By the way Special Counsel reports to the Attorney General, NOT the President as you claim.
I didn't make this claim. You do have reading comprehension issues.
This is why leftists are going nowhere on this because it is a CLOSED report with ZERO Prosecution Decisions recommended.
Mueller didn't make any Prosecution charges at all, that is the reality you should acknowledge
Get over it and stop the lies!
He didn't, DOJ was never going to indict or prosecute the president. At least not until he is voted out, retires or is impeached.
Thanks for bringing nothing to the table.
It seems YOU have a memory problem since YOU wrote this at post 6,
"Mueller was never going to bring charges to the President as he was following DOJ policy of not indicting a sitting president.
You said he bring charges TO the President.....,
Also the Special Counsel LAW stated that he MUST do the following:
28 CFR § 600.8 - Notification and reports by the Special Counsel.
"(c)Closing documentation. At the conclusion of the Special Counsel's work, he or she shall provide the Attorney General with a confidential report explaining the prosecution or declination decisions reached by the Special Counsel."
YOU like many leftists in the forum idiotically IGNORED the Special Counsel law, just as I expected because it destroys the stupid leftist narrative like this you make:
"Yes, the special counsel shall (hmm seems conservatives have been having trouble with that word lately) provide and explanation for any decisions reached. What happens when he doesn't, however specifically did not exonerate the president? You're not reading that line correctly."
How can you exonerate anyone who was NEVER CHARGED in the first place?
Bwahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!
Since Mueller NEVER made a single Prosecution Decision for the AG to deal with, there is nothing left to run on. Like I have been telling leftist morons for a while now, the case is CLOSED!
