Gov. Scott Walker addressed those gathered for the 2012 Wisconsin International Trade Conference at the Frontier Airlines Center in Milwaukee last week.
He highlighted data from a Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce member survey this year that showed 94 percent of respondents think the state is headed in the right direction.
87 percent of our employers believe theyre actually going to add jobs in 2012, he said.
Wisconsins exports now exceed $22 billion, he said, which is up about 11 percent from 2011.
