There is no way to confirm the authenticity of the recording posted on Telegram. There are local reports that it may have been faked. State Duma deputy Andrei Gurulev posted refutations of previously appeared reports about what he allegedly said in relation to Kazakhstan.

“Today is a clear attempt to shake up the situation on my behalf with our friends from the Republic of Kazakhstan. This is fake, this is rudeness, of course. I understand that neural networks will fake anything, so I urge you to be vigilant. We will not quarrel with anyone,” - he stated.

Andrei Gurulev previously stated that he did not rule out that the drones that attacked Tatarstan could have been launched from Central Asia. Ukraine's defense intelligence claimed responsibility for the terrorist attack on the drone factory.
