So what happens when China invades Taiwan?
Not our business. Right?
China isn't going to invade taiwan and I highly doubt we'd be fighting a one on one with china. Ain't happening. Same with russia. We hide behind a proxy war.

Why isn’t China going to invade Taiwan?China isn't going to invade taiwan and I highly doubt we'd be fighting a one on one with china. Ain't happening. Same with russia. We hide behind a proxy war.
Why isn’t China going to invade Taiwan?
Because China believes Taiwan is a part of Taiwan. Why would they? They don't want to shred the country when they produce the worlds semiconductors.
Because China believes Taiwan is a part of Taiwan.
China makes semiconductors, you know. “Shredding” Taiwan would actually help their economy be reducing competition.
I guess you need to come up with different reasons for why you believe China won’t invade Taiwan. Any other excuses we can knock down?
It wasn’t clear what country was going to be “shred”. Standing alone, Taiwan would be obliterated quickly and have next to no capability of harming mainland China.Thats what I just said. Wow.
Stupid, Russia invaded Ukraine to expel imposters planted by the CIA for the purpose of forcing western business right up against Russia's doorstep. Do you not think that if another country turned Mexico or Canada against us and started putting their corporations there, that we wouldn't try to expel them?WTF?
Russia invaded Ukraine twice now...and its somehow America's fault?!
YEARS ago, before Putin took over, he said in an interview that his greatest regret was watching the USSR collapse and separate into different states. He said one of his goals before he died was to retake all of those states and remake the USSR.
Ukraine is, IMO, an attempt to continue that goal...and he ran into a buzzsaw he did not expect.

Here's why America should be there. No, he's not. We shouldn't be there. Biden has a graveyard of skeletons in ukraine. We know why biden is pilfering around in that laundromat called ukraine.
Why not? Taiwan is a part of China and they clearly want to have it back.China is not going to "obliterate" taiwan.
Here's why America should be there.
Putin will continue to encroach on other country's borders taking as he see's fit.
It's better to have them deal w/him now, than for us to deal w/him in the future.
Why not? Taiwan is a part of China and they clearly want to have it back.
If they could “easily” take Taiwan back without military intervention, why haven’t they done it in the last 70 years?Of course they want it back but they don't need to invade it to take it back. They can easily do that non-militarily. What country has china aggressively taken back?
A better message would be " we dont protect corrupt nations".The reason to be involved is to send a message to the world that you don’t get to try to conquer nations without paying a very steep price.
It’s a message to Russia as much as it is to China.
Russia is running out of cash to pump up its war machine. That's the plan. It may not always look like that on the ground, but that military equipment doesn't come out of thin air.We keep hearing about how ukraine is "crushing, annihilating, destroying" russia. Yet, ukraine begs for billions, tanks, munitions, weapons, F-16s on a daily basis. If they were "crushing" russia, why would they need all this stuff? I think we know how the media pumps out propaganda. Ukraine isn't winning anything.
It doesn’t matter how corrupt Ukraine is. They didn’t do anything to deserve the destruction of their nationA better message would be " we dont protect corrupt nations".
If they could “easily” take Taiwan back without military intervention, why haven’t they done it in the last 70 years?
Clearly it’s not easy. It’s not even possible without an invasion.
The reason they don’t is because they know there’d be a very steep price and that the US would be involved.
