Throughout history the dominate species has always driven lesser species extinct, it's what keeps evolution moving.

Species go extinct all the time. Ohh and what? Only 800? Haven't the dumb asses claimed thousands have gone extinct all caused by man?

one of the 800 extinct species that I know of for sure existed was a very rare never seen fish that turns into a monkey then turns into a human.
