As a scare tactic, Moore is now threatening to sue his accusers....a promise must likely to be broken AFTER the Dec. 12 election......however, since he knows that his threat can be easily revoked, Moore is able to show how "incensed" he regarding these accusations, to his ultra right wing base.

Trump did the same exact thing........Look at this Trump broken promise (among many others)

During the presidential campaign, more than a dozen women accused Donald Trump of sexual misconduct. He called them liars and promised to sue the accusers after the election was over.

Since Trump has taken office, he has not talked publicly on the subject.

Rather, on March 27, 2017, Trump's lawyers argued in New York's top court that Trump's schedule doesn't allow him to face a defamation lawsuit.

Trump's lawyers argued that the case should be dismissed or postponed until after the president leaves office. His lawyers also cited the precedent in U.S. Supreme Court decisions that "show deference to the president" and his power.

good --- or --- so what . Looks like its Moores legal option to say and do whatever he likes Nat .

No, no.....Let Moore make his threat to satisfy his moronic base......Chances are that win or lose, Moore will drop his threat....he has gotten "good" legal advice..

only reason i want MOORE to win is because he is anti 'gop' establishment and is also anti dem . Remember that the TRUMP wanted 'luther strange' to win but it was Roy Moore that won the runoff election . Roy Moore wasn't the TRUMPS first choice as he was Steve Bannons and ' MY ' first choice EWings .
