If the girl's dad knows why the phone was taken and still tried to get her mother put away for taking it anyway, her mother in return should try to get his visitation rights revoked because his choice of action makes it as clear as glass that he has no intention of punishing their child when she does something wrong which only makes you wonder what kind of person he is.
