Pence was never loyal to anything but himself. He was VP, OBVIOUSLY he wasn't going to say anything that would put his fitness for that into question. Which begs the question now. If Trump was so bad, quit, expose him, voice support for the 25th Amendment. Pence did none of those things because he lacks integrity. He could have withheld his certification until the states recertification their count. He didn't do that because he lacks integrity.
