Not sure the answer but healthcare is out of control. A company like MetLife Dental is able to approve a very involved, complicated procedure but then once the claim is submitted denies the benefit stating they made a mistake. They are not held to any moral or ethical compass; they can just deny services leaving the member responsible for the entire bill. My recommendation: find other dental coverage. They lack ethics and integrity to ever do the right thing!
