I only wear a bow tie with a tux, which I wore for my best friend's wedding in August.

Other than that, I get suited up every now and then. Formal events, and every once in a while for church just because I hardly ever have any other reason to wear one.

Well, I'm sitting here watching Jeopardy, and some young guy is wearing a bow tie,,,so it got me to thinking, do people under 50 still wear ties, and even bow ties??????????????

I'll wear a tie about three times a year (I guess).

I wear them to the annual "Spring Gala" fund raising auction for the school, a wedding, interviews, and any meeting where I want to appear to be the intellectual superior to other attendees. I'll wear one "out on the town" if requested, and I don't whine about it.
