He did not. Dunn himself testified today that only Davis's feet were outside the vehicle. The rest of his body was leaned into the vehicle. That is no deadly threat when his feet were not even on the ground.

He may have had a shotgun at that point. But the Durango left the scene. And the police said they did not search that area.
