This is correct sir. There is a reason it is a law to begin with. I dont know when that all started to change but it seems very evident that the left is promoting this and giving illegals access to vote because most of the American population does not condone this illegal migration. The United States has gone for years without any immigration in the past when we felt we needed time for assimilation...and this is one of those times...if you live in California you already know that nearly the entire state is under foreign control...Aliens both legal and illegal get the gravy from Sacramento and are outnumbering natural citizens in the big metropolises...California will never be the same again...Stop all immigration for 20 years...or else see the nation go the way of Los Angeles...

Not everyone wants to apply for citizenship, if they can be tourists. A simple fee or fine, can ensure all foreign nationals have a federal id., and generate revenue via applied Capitalism.
