Technically? How is your fear and the idea that we should go back to something people decided they didn't want "technically" a good idea.

You want to not be accused of sexual assault? Don't sexually assault anyone. I am sure there are a very few men who have been accused and convicted of such crimes when they were innocent. But I doubt it is anywhere close to a significant number. Certainly not even approaching the number of women who have been abused or assaulted.
