That's because Democrats aren't "doing" anything. These charges are being brought by grand juries, and being tried before respected judges. Trump has openly and publically continued to commit crimes, since leaving office, and has openly confessed to them.

He was ordered to pay E. Jean Carroll $5 milllion and to stop calling her a liar - and he went on national television the very next day and called her crazy and a liar - again! Then he acted like a complete jerk at the second trial in front of jury, and his payment got jacked to $93 million. And he's still defaming this woman.

The evidence of Trump's guilt has been overwhelming - in every case. And Trump knows this. The ONLY reason he declared his candidacy so early was so he could play victim and claim "political persecution". He's only running to stay out of jail.

Republicans keep blatantly and publically committing felonies, and then complaining that they're being arrested and charged for committing felonies. If you want to stop Republican prosecutions, tell Republicans to stop running KNOWN criminals for public office.

Trump was in the middle of a fraud trial when you elected him.

Unfortunately I don't have faith in the people, and even if they do reject it we may never know, due to the corruption in our voting system in blue areas within swing states. Look at what they've gotten away with so far, they just get more and more brazen every time they do as well, they don't even hide it any longer. Full blown election interference and corruption of our justice system playing out in plain sight, the so called 'opposition' is not doing a damn thing to stop it, they aren't even vocal about calling it out or repudiating it. Imo, they've won, they've taken over most levels of government, the 'media', the courts, academia, etc... It would take a lot to get the pendulum swinging back from where we are, and I just don't see it happening.

Actually, we defeat evil by jailing them and throwing away the keys. Evil begets evil and you have to stop them with the same force if not greater. We have seen what happens when the police are defunded and the DA's are allowed to go after political opponents. Progressives have been patient since Teddy Roselvelt. The media is the first place I’d clean house. Time to write stronger liable and slander laws. Make it easier to prosecute. At this point, the Dems idea of balanced media they have tried to get would work against them at this point. Right now, media is 95%-5% for Democrats. Going to 50-50% would be a great progressive improvement for the conservatives and Republicans. At the same time, all Democrats must be eliminated from all Federal jobs starting at the top of every Federal agency.
