Doesn't matter.....the law abiding people don't drive the crime rate so it doesn't matter if they have guns.....the criminals used guns whenever they wanted to no matter what the Japanese gun laws were.....

Disarming law abiding people does not lower the gun crime rate.....law abiding people do not use guns for crime...criminals get guns...even on an island...

So the Japanese will have a very high firearm crime rate. Right.
