Making dirty money in Afghanistan

I'm training the local police of Afghanistan and it's great to see that our fosterlings making progress, especially in the northern part of Afghanistan supposedly completely cleaned up by the American troops, at least they said that it was so. The local police wiped out a group of the militants and found some of the American military equipment which had, according to the American command, disappeared from one of their military bases. Is it army or nursery there? Looks like that Americans confidently work with the warlords and deliberately allowed them to return in that area. What is worse, the police located a document, which reveals that a big party of the opium poppy was transported under the guise of military equipment to Termez, where it should be redirected to Europe. So Americans knew it and were going to divide profits between Karimov and the heads of the Islamist militants...
