Libs trying to change the definition of Judicial Activism

    They try to change the meanings of most of the words they bandy about...Unless, of course, the word is "socialist", then they want Oxford Dictionary definition so they can try to worm out of being properly identified for who and what they are.

    It’s also not judicial activism when the Court upholds the Constitution and strikes down laws criminalizing homosexuality (Lawrence v. Texas), excluding homosexuals from a state’s anti-discrimination law (Romer v. Evans), violating a woman’s right to privacy with regard to abortion (Planned Parenthood v. Casey), or a state law forbidding undocumented children attending public school (Plyler v. Doe).

    Certainly all conservatives acknowledge all the rulings above and many more as the law of the land, upholding the Constitution, and in no way examples of judicial activism.

    And what of the rights of the unborn?

    Is a mother encouraged to dink alcohol and take drugs while pregnant in the interest of her freedom.

    Like it or not, if there's a baby on board, the pilot has an added responsibility.
