Let's face the facts, senior health care is an inheritance tax

The socialists don't believe in inheritance.
They believe that when someone dies, their assets go to the government, and the kids start out at the bottom.
health care is a fluctuating bill, if they think you have 500k, they're going to send you a bill for 600k, and see how much you pay.
Many old time Americans feel obligated to pay the bill they receive from the hospital.
Many new California Hispanics won't consider paying any bill over 500 bucks.
So you have 2 different bills for the same service, for two different people.
The government knows it's BS, and they don't go after people who don't pay their medical bills.
Someone said "why wait until people are old and sick to charge them, let's charge them while they work and make money" AKA Obamacare

From my stint at a local nursing home, I've garnered that the only residents there are the quite wealthy and the extremely poor.

Some of the poor used to be wealthy, but in order to be granted admittance they must first be rendered destitute. This is accomplished by the state. All assets must first be depleted by grant to the state.
