Let's ask the Socialists why they support a fascist Obamacare bill

Instead of repairing the health care system, the Socialists supported the Obamacare bill which forced all working Americans to pay into a broken system.

After all the complaining the Socialists do about fascists and the rich, the Socialists pass a bill that forces Americans to buy "services" from health insurance cartels, already some of the richest people in the country.

It appears that even thought the Socialists preach against fascism, fascism seems to be the first step toward Socialism.

I'm starting to think their motto that they are anti-rich is a big lie.

I'm about as close to a Socialist on this board that you're going to get. I don't support the Obamacare bill.

Hey, thanks for asking.

when 20/20 released their program about socialized medicine, months before the health care bill was introduced, they couldn't identify one country that had a good system

THE COMMUNIST MANIFESTO POINTS OUT FASCISM IS THE INTERIM PROCESS TOWARDS SOCIALISM.

SO WHILE OBAMA HELLCARE IS ACCEPTABLE IN THE BEGINNING --ULTIMATELY THE VERSION THAT THEY WANT IS SANDERSCARE .

IF MEXICO DOESN'T FINISH THE WALL, HOPEFULLY WE WILL BE ABLE TO GO TO TIJUANA FOR AN MRI.

The partisans know it's a ridiculous pig of a law, they know our health care "system" (ha) is only somewhat less fucked up than it was before, but they're ideologically obligated to spin for it and defend it, so that's what they do.

They wanted to cram something through for a political victory, and this is what we got.

So now they're forced to defend a health care "system" (ha) that has SEVEN (7) separate delivery/payment systems that don't communicate directly with each other.

This is what we get when an important issue turns political. A three-ring circus and mile-deep partisan bullshit. Par for the course.

Are you kidding? Our healthcare system is far more fucked up than it was before.

why on earth would we look to other nations?

Because other nations (a lot of them) are doing healthcare better and cheaper than the US. You have the most expensive healthcare in the world, and you're not getting close to the best health care in the world.

they aren't doing it better. They're doing it "cheaper" only by denying care to the critically ill.

The only "fix" for health care is what other, better, nations have in this case: Universal Single-Payer.
I cant agree more. and the sooner we can make the United states as good as those better nations, we might be able to stop our citizens from fleeing to other countries without the need of a wall to keep them in.

they aren't better, and neither is single payer.
Oh, but it is, they just don't waste money on those better off dead. Money does not grow on trees.
and thats been my stance forever. anyone that is able to work, and refuses, should not be allowed to get any type of assistance, as far as society goes, these people are better off dead.

I guess they didn't try very hard. There are so many countries with better health care than the US, that it's easy to find one.

Americans have been consistently lied to about the quality of their health care system. It isn't the best in the world. Far from it. It's just the most profitable and the most expensive.
