The cops were incompetent and largely responsible for the violence.

Anyone would know this just checking the footage from that day. The cops literally made the two sides collide by forcing the white nationalists to walk through the crowds of antifa and protestors to get back to their cars. There's only one group ultimately to blame for the violence occurring like it did, and it is neither the WN's or antifa....it's the cops and gubmint of Charlottesville.
