You have to prove your eligibility to the State of Texas to get on the POTUS ballot there.

    What a concept.

This is a great move to make a candidate be Constitutionally qualified under Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5 to be on the ballot. Kudos for this fine politician for doing this. Arizona started this and other states are doing the same thing to tighten restrictions since Obama slipped through without any vetting.

Do you believe that the federal government didnt throughly investigate Obama to ensure that be met all necessary requirements to run for president? The idea that Obama slipped through without any vetting is manufactured in the heads of you and all the other birthers.

If the Feds didn't, the Clinton and McCain campaigns did, I'm sure.

The bill is a joke, red meat to the slobbering birfer masses. But in case somebody were to slip the TX Legislature some kind of hallucinogen and it would succeed, I'd love to see TX take on HI in a doomed full faith and credit spat. It would make for great entertainment. :D

    Ain't gonna happen.

How many times does the state of Hawaii have to certify that President Obama was born there? Can any state decree that it will not accept the certification of another state?

    Stupid birthers.

What exactly is wrong with proving you are constitutionally eligible for the office you are running for?
