The politicians and pundits on the Right who are preaching the "Never Hillary!" theme have not been as clear as they must be to convince the few American voters not already committed to vote for The Donald.

Hillary's election would not be simply a victory for the ideological themes promoted by the Left (reducing CO2 emissions, paid parental leave, strong private sector unions, minority rights, immigration reform, etc.); it would be a disaster for the country.

This is true because the Left has been campaigning for DECADES to (1) disrupt the Constitutional framework, and (2) stuff the ballot box with the votes of people who produce very little and are dependent on Government (and of course will be reliable Democrat voters for generations).

The American Left does not believe in "democracy" as defined in the U.S. Constitution. Additions and changes to the Constitution require Amendments, promulgated under Article V, but look at the long list of changes and additions and removals from the Constitution that the Left has gotten away with by subverting this process through "activist" (subversive) judges and justices:

  • the virtual elimination of the death penalty - only reversed by a decade-long campaign by the state legislatures,
  • the voiding of all anti-pornography laws,
  • the voiding of anti-sodomy laws,
  • the intrusion of the Federal Government in education ("reserved to the states, respectively, orto the people" under the Tenth Amendment),
  • the intrusion of the Federal Government into HEALTH INSURANCE,
  • the introduction of abortion-on-demand, even to the moment before live birth, despite minimal popular support,
  • the introduction of "marriage" between people of the same gender - soon to be followed by the voiding of anti-incest laws, and anti-polygamy laws,
  • the virtual repeal of most of our immigration laws,
...and so on.

The point is NOT that these are necessary bad things; the point is that these substantive changes to our Constitution are being made unconstitutionally, by federal judges and justices, and not according to the well-defined procedures laid out in the Constitution - which required great popular support for Constitutional amendments.

A vote for Hillary will ENSURE that the USSC is PACKED with an overwhelming majority of anti-Constitutional justices, who will lie their respective asses off to try to be confirmed by the Senate, and then will do exactly what the long line of anti-constitutional predecessors have done, and continue to do. This would not be reversible in any of our lifetimes, if ever.

Second, a vote for HRC will ENSURE that the 20-or-so-odd million illegals in the country - 75% of whom are largely dependent on government handouts - BECOME VOTING CITIZENS within the next five years. Because even though she wouldn't have the power to do this now, her hand-picked USSC will let her get away with anything she wants, by executive order or otherwise.

Again, this would not be reversible within any of our lifetimes. One could hope that the millions and millions of "illegals" will, within a few generations graduate to the middle class (as the Cubans in Florida did, after emigrating when Castro came to power), but this will not happen in any substantial way, largely due to Liberal educational and accommodation policies. They have ensured that these mainly-Spanish-speaking people can live their entire lives without knowing more than a few words of English - sometimes even being rewarded for their lack of English proficiency! Truly, this is no path to the American middle class.

This is not an election between the Left's ideology and the Right's ideology (assuming Trump can be so categorized). This is an election between America and an American version of Euro-socialism, writ large.

If you, like me, are some sort of a Conserva-tarian, or anything like it, for GOD'S SAKE do not sit this one out. Vote for Trump, early and often, as though your life depended on it!

I've been told the SCOTUS has been majority conservative for 40 years, 'til the death of Scalia. Explain how these disappointing "left" decisions have been made with a majority of conservatives on the bench? Could it be that some of what you wish for is actually not constitutional? Just asking.

The "right" versus "left" bullshit is why america cannot govern itself any longer. It is played by the entire system to keep the masses sneering at each other so that the societal wealth extraction game can continue unabated. Abortion, guns, "conservatives", "liberals", all of it, Sharia law in america threats. No one out there gives two fucks about the middle class, "both" parties have participated in its intentional demise over the past 5-6 decades and the redistribution of that wealth into private pockets - out and away from society.

America is a post industrial society and we simply don't need the labor anymore, that's what priviatized prisons are for, we can turn $40-50K a year on you there, we don't need to wait for you to work for stagnant/dwindling wages that you used to spend to survive in our system of neofeudalism.

There is no answer in your political system because your political system got you here. And lazy dumbed down americans still await some messiah to come save them. Not gonna happen, "power concedes nothing wihtout first a demand", and your founders it must be rightly recalled, were for "freedom", "liberty" and "equality" for affluent titled land holding white males alone.

Some of you folks oughtta at last find your way our of the grand illusion into the light of abject reality.

I'll look into it.

My money would go on Ruth Bader Ginsburg as being the most dangerous of the current Justices - very heavy career in leftist politics. I cringe at even looking at a picture of her ... evil looking woman.

The problem isn't the left. It's both sides.

You have ideology, which always gets in the way of politicians just trying to make a country a better place to live in.

Most people want to be left alone by the government, but want the government there to be the support that isn't going to come from anywhere else. Like dealing with crime, infrastructure, making sure monopolies aren't killing the country, etc.

But whenever ideology gets involves it always screws things up.

Tiny little Ruthie? LOL
She'd probably retire if the Senate would replace Scalia. She knows if she leaves that will leave two seats vacant until who knows when.

Unbridled power is a dangerous thing any way you look at it. I don't see her ever retiring.

Okay, so I looked into it a little, about the conservative/liberals on the Court thing. There is no yes/no, simple, answer to that because those gosh darned Justices will NOT vote straight conservative or liberal, the way the pols wanted them to when they were appointed. Justice's votes tend to "drift" over the years and they don't always come down on the "side" they were supposed to.
I really like this answer, because it shows me one thing: SCOTUS is actually not a wholly political animal as its other two branches of government would like. Maybe they actually focus on the LAW and stuff, not whether left or right makes it right or wrong.

The most dangerous justice just bit it. I wonder who Hillary will replace him with.

There is a difference between philosophy and partisanship. Scalia exemplified the former; Ginsberg the latter.

LOL! I'll give you that Ginsberg is a fierce feminist"male wannabe," but when you speak of "him" I'll assume you're speaking of Scalia. My fervent prayer is that Hillary never sees the inside of the White House again ... not even as a tourist.
