There aren't many places where Americans can go without becoming less free.
Don't like socialized medicine? Don't like higher taxes? Don't like more regulation? Well, that pretty much rules out every single developed nation in the world. You'll be living in a second or third world country. Maybe you can go to Singapore, which is authortarian in other ways. There aren't many places Americans can go to be more free without living in a much poorer society.
Of course, as an American citizen, you are taxed on your worldwide income. So even if you go to a lower taxed country, you still will pay American taxes if your rates abroad are lower. You could give up your American citizenship though.
What about Australia?
