I did not sit down and figure out the chords and harmony for both yet, but the chorus in each have a similar feel - like the outro to Stairway To Heaven Am-G-F but transposed up a step or whatever. Probably just a coincidence. Both very cool songs and different enough so no issues to the average listener and lawyer.
