Thousands of people are mobilizing for what could be the biggest climate march in the U.S. in years in New York City on Sunday. It's one of many protests across the globe over the next few days with a simple demand: President Biden and other world leaders must phase out fossil fuels.

You have to respect the uncompromising clarity of the March to End Fossil Fuels message: Stop approving new fossil fuel projects, phase out drilling on public lands, declare a climate emergency and provide a just transition to renewable energy.

Because you’re not seeing such a clear vision from the men and women with the power to do something about the climate crisis, only weak-kneed language and half measures.

Young people spearheading the climate protests are quite clear about what actions are required to ensure a livable planet for future generations. In addition to marches and rallies on Sunday, they are also staging a global, youth-led strike on Friday, actions that are timed to take place in advance of a U.N. Climate Ambition Summit in New York on Sept. 20.

Activists worldwide are set to stage the largest climate protest since 2019, with demonstrations planned in 54 countries starting Friday and continuing through the weekend.

From Germany and the Philippines to the United States, tens of thousands of climate activists, led by several climate organizations, including Swedish activist Greta Thunberg's Fridays for Future movement, have planned over 500 rallies across many cities worldwide.

These strikes demand an end to the use of planet-warming fossil fuels, especially as the world confronts increasing casualties and economic challenges due to unprecedented floods, wildfires, earthquakes, hurricanes and droughts. (earth has always had floods and droughts, and earthquakes, and wildfires, and hurricanes......the left uses FEAR as their political tool)

"The fossil fuel industry runs on greed and exploitation, sacrificing the lives of others in order to line their pockets," Thunberg's Fridays for Future stated in a press release. "We must end the Era of Fossil Fuels, not only for the sake of our planet and our survival but to break free from the chains of neocolonialism. And this year is the "warmest ever ocean temps" despite the fact that we have observed 15 hours of a Cat 5 that winked out to Cat 1 as it passed NC. In 1938 a Cat 5 hit Martha's Vineyard with 180 mph gusts...

And of course, canes are directly related to ocean temps, and the record decade for canes is still the 1940s...

The vast majority of the fires are caused by arson as climate fanatics blame non existent global warming for fires they caused.

Just dropping lit matches only works if it is very dry vegetation. The primary problem is that too many humans are consuming too much of finite land based fresh water, robbing plants of water. The Co2 FRAUD misdiagnoses that, and hence prevents solutions like desalination.

You are correct that there is no ongoing warming on Earth aside from Urban Heat.
