Let me lose a hypothetical. If the baby had a 10% chance of surviving the birth and severe development issues and the mother had a 80% chance of not surviving the birth. How would you suggest the situation be handled?

A.) Allow the mother and doctor determine whether they want to risk it or not

B.) Require permission from the federal government if they decide they want to abort

C.) Require they move forward with the birth and risk the life of the mother with penalty of prison for the mother and doctor should they abort
