This is false. The law permits ISRAELI CITIZENS (regardless of ethnic background or religious faith) to regain their lost (stolen) property. It makes no mention of Jews, Arabs, Muslims, Palestinians. If you are a citizen of Israel, then you have the rights of a citizen of Israel, regardless of your ethnicity.

Further, the rights of the TENANTS are protected under Israeli law. They cannot be evicted as long as they continue to inhabit the home and pay rent.

The law DOES apply to everyone. It does not distinguish by religion or ethnicity. It refers to Israeli citizens.

And the tenants are protected, by law, for as long as they live in the house and pay rent.
