It is very funny to understand when you look at the data that says that 86 percent of the people voted in the referendum to join the Russian Federation, and then after the Russian army ran away from the city in a panic, so much so that they blew up all the bridges AND even the dam.

Residents meet their liberators without electricity and internet, but at the same time with flags and anthems of Ukraine. Apparently someone greatly exaggerated the referendum data.

Especially strange is how the Russians surrendered Kherson. A week before it became part of the AFU, Russian flags began to be removed from the city. The day before the Ukrainian forces entered the city, Kirill Sergeevich Stremousov, a Ukrainian collaborator who was a politician and deputy governor of the occupied Kherson region, had an (alleged) accident and was in an accident. Many things are strange here, first of all the fact that he was listed as dead two hours before the official confirmation, and he also died the day before Kherson was taken. Is it possible that the Russians are beginning to remove their people in failed directions, because we have already seen this for 8 years in the LNR and DNR.

The war seems very dirty, as the Russian nomenklatura spares no one, neither civilians from Ukraine, nor its soldiers, nor its generals, nor its politicians, all to the slaughter.

So how much of our tax money did that cost? I would have rather seen that money go into election reform here, to keep Democrats from corrupting our own elections.

Not a penny, because those referendums were organized by the Russians. Accordingly, the Russians organized this fake referendum at the expense of their taxes.

The valiant Russian army was setting a trap to annihilate the Ukrainian forces.
First they evacuated the entire population of ethnic Russian citizens from Kherson.
Then the Russian army made an orderly withdrawal from Kherson and set up a defense line with hundred's of artillery weapons zero'ed in on the entire city.
Now when the Ukrainian forces re-enter Kherson, all they'll find is a deserted city and will quickly be meet with a devistating artillery barrage. ..

Several other competent websites are reporting the possibility of a trap. Forget reading CIA-MI6-tainted media such as Yahoo, NYT, etc..

A funny fact, the Russians have already begun to experience a shortage of artillery ammunition, and it is also in the Kherson direction that they are losing the counter-battery battle. A large number of professional troops, as well as mobilized troops, were concentrated near Kherson. They retreated to the second line of defense to more effectively repel attacks from the AFU, and perhaps even redirect some troops to other directions. But they will not take Kherson back, and the only thing the Russian government hopes for now is that Ukraine will negotiate, where they can reach an agreement on terms that are favorable to Russia. The war, which was planned to end in a week, as in Georgia, ended up dragging on for almost a year. Apparently no one expected this course of events, which is very obvious if you compare what the Russians said and demanded during the negotiations at the beginning of the war and how they are begging Ukraine to negotiate now.

Funny fantasy story!! ...

They are still preparing a trap near Kharkov, and when they were retreating near Kiev, they were making a trap here in parallel. We are still waiting, but so far we only read the news about Russia buying drones and missiles from Iran, as well as clothes and ammunition from North Korea. An army that, according to experts, was supposed to fight NATO on equal footing.

You need to quit watching the lying US media.
And find some objective independent news sources.

Hahahaha. I use American sources to find out the opinion of the West on any situation in Ukraine, but in general I learn everything from direct Ukrainian and Russian sources, directly from their speakers, as well as the opinion of their opposition.

So if you don't know where I get my information from, you'd better not write.

Surovikin, said when he was given the job that he might need to make some unwanted changes and this was top of his mind then, not because they had problems with anyone shooting at them but due to it being difficult getting needed things like food in. Winter is coming and they would be far better on the other side of the river where they could get a good rest and come back in much better form. They had apparently been moving people out dressed as civilians with the civilians who were give refuge in Russia. They say all went well, it was an orderly retreat. Now some people in Moscow don't like this that is true but for all you people who believe that it will all get better if only someone would shoot Putin, the hawks in Russia are those thinking of replacing him and who they will replace him with will be someone far more willing to be destructive and take lives something Putin has not wanted to do.
