Well thats saying the quiet part out loud isn't it.

A Republican lawmaker from Louisville has proposed legislation that would let the state prosecute a person for criminal homicide if they get an illegal abortion.

State Rep. Emily Callaway, who defeated former Democratic Rep. Jeff Donohue in November's election, filed House Bill 300 on Tuesday as the Kentucky legislature continues its annual session.

Abortion is banned in Kentucky right now, with exceptions only for life-threatening health risks.

Well when the Kentucky Right to Life organization opposes the bill....................................

.

Just imagining that such a ridiculous idea should ever become law, tell me how quickly you think the women of that state would learn to use contraception.

.

A jury of 12 angry men would have to agree before any chick could be condemned on this.

So why not? If she is innocent, she has nothing to fear.

So you are saying it would modify the behavior of people. Just like the laws prohibiting drugs. Or prohibiting assault. Or any other behavior that is outlawed.

The issue is now out in the elective political forum, where it should have been all along.

Things like this are a feature, not a bug.

Would it?

Or has that level of intelligence been bred out of American women in 50 years?

It sure seems to me like three generations of certain people have been bred to be that completely addicted to thoughtless, animal sexual behavior.

Almost like somebody planned it.

Kind of degrading to realize that people have had human intelligence bred out of them. It's almost like throwing two dogs into a cage and expecting them to act like humans.

Good to see one of them have the balls to come out and do this.

Why aren't they loud about mutilating the children that survive?

Whether or not I agree with the law, this is a fair point on your part.

Abortion is murder.....execute these whores who have abortions, and all of the accomplices, the doctor, the staff at his clinic...even the co-murderer who drove them to the abortion doctor

Why are we pretending abortion is different than the actual murder of little babies?

The legislation does have exclusions for life of the mother. I want to say health as well - special circumstances like endometriosis etc. IIRC.

For years we have been told abortion is murder, but no state every will make that law. States like Texas write the laws so that the mother is totally free of any fault. If anyone really thinks that abortion is murder, how can the mother not be charged for hiring someone to murder her baby?
