"expectations".....hummm, if there is one thing we have one thing confirmed at least the 'experts' are in a haze...they are in a fog haze whatever................I don't trust any of their prognostications as their records' over the last 6- 9 months have been horrid.
on another issue whats scary is, the market jumped, on 117k jobs....the logic being hey we didn't employ everyone who entered the work force last month but, frug it, we'll take this so, its the new normal(?).

Among the nuggets of good news—the jobless rate for blacks slipped to 15.9 percent and for Latinos to 11.3 percent, both at four-month lows.
But how good or bad the unemployment picture really may not come into view until next month, because of distortions from seasonal adjustments.
Including teachers and others who experience seasonal unemployment, total joblessness actually rose 1.23 million.
A U.S. government report that hiring improved in July sent stocks sharply higher just after the market opened. The Dow Jones industrial average jumped as many as 171 points but gave up those losses by midmorning. An hour after the opening bell, the Dow was down 7 points.
