I quite like eggs and mushroom and at last one day I made a pancake with them. I thought it looked like a pancake rather than omellette, so I called it an eggs and mushroom pancake.

Ingredients: 1) 4 eggs

2) some mushrooms

3) cheese, salt and pepper

First: mix the eggs, salt and cheese until the cheese disappear ... Usually I ground the cheese with a spoon.

Second: slice the mushrooms

Third: put a little oil into the pan, and then place the mushrooms like this:

4th: pour egg pulp into the pan, and sprinkle chili powder.

The last step: bake gently the pancake until it's well done.
