All the mall has to do is demand the protesters be removed. It's private property. Say leave...and they must. Refuse...and cops can arrest them for trespassing.

HOWEVER....will the cops bother? These days a cop bumps into a black person and he's charged with murder and displayed as Worst Organism On Earth by MSNBC for a month.
