Earlier this month, John Edwards was indicted for allegedly spending more than $925,000 to keep his mistress and their baby hidden from the public eye during the 2008 presidential campaign.
In all, he was charged with six counts, including conspiracy, four counts of illegal campaign contributions and one count of false statements.
Edwards pleaded not guilty. Today his mug shot was released and it has led to all sorts of reactions.
Most mug shots I have ever seen, the people didn't look too happy about having their photo snapped while they were being escorted to a jail cell. Here....John Edwards looks like he just won the presidential election. (just my opinion of course)
