The other day, Congressman Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) attempted to get a "gotcha" moment on Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards. But instead of a "gotcha" moment, Richards handed Chaffetz his ass.
Below is the manipulated chart Chaffetz had projected onto the wall of the meeting room.

But-----but vox.com took the ACTUAL Planned Parenthood numbers and created a chart that a honest Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) should have shown - see the updated/corrected chart below.

Quite a contrast, huh?
I keep asking Republicans/rightwingers, if you have a good argument/story to tell - why do you, so often, have to lie/make stuff up? but I never get an answer, ad hominem attacks yes, answers no. C'mon Republicans/rightwingers, answer my question - make my day.

"Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) stumbled near the start of a tense hearing on Tuesday when Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards told him to check his sources on a chart that he said showed a decrease in breast exams and an increase in abortions by the organization."

What does the term "not abortions" mean?

Reproductive health care which does not include abortions. Examples would include cancer screenings - pap smears, mammograms, laparoscopies, screening for fibroid rumours, ovarian cysts, etc. I expect they also do fertility tests for women seeking to get pregnant.

Without PP, many poor women would lose access to reproductive health services since many specialists will not accept Medicaid patients.

Even in communities where such services are available, the loss of PP clinics would cause remaining clinics to be overwhelmed and unable to cope with the influx of new patients should PP be forced to close. This has already happened in Texas when PP lost state funding and was forced to close several clinics.
