Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Indian Prime Minister Narandra Modi met and signed important agreements in New Delhi.

The leaders strengthened Japanese-Indian bonds by signing transportation, defense and energy agreements.

Abe’s three-day Indian trip ended Sunday.

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has also expressed concern. At a meeting of the G8's Nuclear Safety and Security Group, held in Tokyo in 2008, an IAEA expert warned that a strong earthquake with a magnitude above 7.0 could pose a 'serious problem' for Japan's nuclear power stations. Before Fukushima, "14 lawsuits charging that risks had been ignored or hidden were filed in Japan, revealing a disturbing pattern in which operators underestimated or hid seismic dangers to avoid costly upgrades and keep operating. But all the lawsuits were unsuccessful".

Also, Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) and the Japanese Government conspired during the Fukushima Disaster to shut down the Radiation Reporting levels around Fukushima.

Who would KNOWINGLY do nuclear deals with these insane people? Oh yeah, the Indian Gov't would.

Japan has good reserve of nuclear fuel. This deal is about getting fuel not the reactor technology.
