Her libertarian political beliefs have been expressed in her speeches, most notably one she delivered to the Federalist Society at the University of Chicago Law School in 2000. Brown's speech mentioned Ayn Rand and lamented the triumph of "the collectivist impulse" in which capitalism receives "contemptuous tolerance but only for its capacity to feed the insatiable maw of socialism." She argued that "where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates, and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies" and suggested that the ultimate result for the United States has been a "debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible. -Wiki

Can anyone argue with this view?

Here are a few statements that Ayn Rand points out in Atlas Shrugged……

Yeah, morons like Paul Ryan loves Rand….does that make right wingers feel all good inside?

  • The mark of a great businessman is that he sneers at the idea of public safety
  • Bad guys get their way through democracy
  • The government has never done any good for anyone.
  • Violent jealousy and degradation are signs of true love.
  • All natural resources are limitless.
  • Pollution and advertisements are beautiful; pristine wilderness is ugly and useless.
  • Crime doesn't exist, even in areas of extreme poverty.
  • The only thing that matters in life is how good you are at making money.

If a judge is supposed to weigh cases objectively, without political bias, why would a judge with that much political bias be appropriate?
