Jacksonville billboard: 'The NRA is a terrorist organization'

You speaking of choke points or limited points of entry or exit's is not good.

"Should be illegal" and illegal are two different things.

At least the billboard didn't encourage racist violence .. like this one:

Hang%20Obama_JPG_475x310_q85_1_jpg_475x310_q85.jpg

That was investigated by the Secret Service at a minimum and obama is a political figure.....the NRA is a private organization.

illegal to "target" a motorcade with a billboard?

what a loon you are
Listen you, it is illegal to show the position of the motorcade in a targeted way no matter what type of targeting was being committed. In this case it was the message on a billboard, but it could lead to the ideas of others having other ideas about what message they might send in another way, but in the same way. The route is off limits for broadcasting messages towards the President in any sort of way. Now if it was just happenstance that the motorcade passed the location without knowledge of the route by the Messengers of the billboard, and the billboard just happen to be caught in the pic by a citizen taking a pic of the billboard while the motorcade passed by under it unknown, then that is ok.

Question: If I stand near the anticipated arrival point outside a Trump speaking venue with a sign that says "Impeach Trump" - I've committed an illegal act?

.Nope.... Not the same thing. You haven't anticipated a motorcade route, and set up the event targeting the President upon that route. Proper security measures are in place in anticipation of your participation in the rally with your protest and signs, but not upon a motorcade route.

Bullshit - in many venues there is ONE WAY IN to the stage entrance. In Mar-a-Lago there are precisely TWO connecting bridges.

The billboard should have been erected in both :D

800
. Even more evidence such a thing should be illegal. You speaking of choke points or limited points of entry or exit's is not good.
Go right ahead and petition the government to make it illegal....:71:

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - An anti-GOP political action committee known for controversial tactics is going after the National Rifle Association with a Jacksonville billboard deriding the group as a "terrorist organization."

For those driving along Interstate 295 near Commonwealth Avenue and Interstate 10 on the city's Westside, the signage is hard to miss -- "The NRA is a terrorist organization," the message reads.

It's not clear exactly when the billboard went up. But according to the sign, it was paid for by Mad Dog PAC, a political action committee led by Claude Taylor, a former White House staffer for President Bill Clinton.

"It got you to call me, which you probably wouldn't have done otherwise, right? It has people talking. We put up these billboards and it begins a conversation," Taylor told News4Jax by phone Friday. "People are discussing the issue and not just because of us, but because the issue is so important."

Southern Georgia folk making a positive statement for America! So much winning! :113:

Moar....
Just a bunch of stupid inbreds.

Nothing to see here....

Indeed, many of the NRA fateful are.

More Americans also preferred to leave bathroom policies alone.
But that didn't stop a small fraction of 1 percent to lobby
to change the policy for just a small fraction of the population to get their way over everyone else.

Being Buddhist or Hindu may be a small percentage
but that doesn't give people or govt the right to pass
laws infringing on those people's beliefs.

Not really the same thing. You see, as a matter of policy, what religion people who aren't me belong to or what gender they want to use the bathroom for has no real effect on my life.

But we ALL have to live with the Gun Culture, whether we want to or not.

We all have to pay for all the prisons and police - far more than other countries have to - because of the gun culture.

We all have to work in places that are looking more and more like armed forts because- again, the gun nuts have the rest of us living in fear.

Illinois gets a concealed carry law imposed on us that we didn't want, and suddenly, every resturant and business now has to take anti-gun precautions.

The biggest lie the NRA got away with was that they convinced people that because of the bad wording of a Militia Amendment, gun ownership is a rights issue and not a policy issue.

When society has to demonstrate why Nikolas Cruz SHOULDN'T have a gun instead of him demonstrating why he should, we are all less safe.

You can leave this country when ever you want to bud... You complain so much about it (with your crying buddies), that if you even are in this country, it's really amazing why you want to be here unless you have an agenda to destroy it with your antagonistic cohorts.

Even though not many cared for Obama, they didn't carry on in the way the leftist are carrying on today about Trump. It's really pathetic.

Might already be illegal... Just have to get the interpreters of laws to analyze these actions in order to see if laws are being broken, and if laws would apply to these events.

The people who hung that sign should have been investigated, and if any laws we're broken they should have suffered the consequences of their wrecklace actions.

Nope......... It's just that when it is abused by leftist radical
Demon-crat's or republi-crats is when it ruffles the feathers of the American Eagle that flies over the nation keeping watch over the Constitution and the nation's security 24/7..... Trump supporters or America supporters in general hate it when the 1st is abused by the radicals so hap-hazzardly, and the left or the right should be embarrassed when they do such things to the 1st in which was granted in kind for all of us to use righteously instead of unrighteously.... Other than that, the 1st is A-ok and secure in every way for all to use.
