The best thing that could happen for the USA & Israel would be to end all foreign aid taxpayer payments to Israel immediately. And of course to all the Arab countries as well who receive over twice what Israel does so we can keep the USA & Israel strong.

Foreign aid, which was not military aid, was phased out by Israel in the '90's. This is all military aid.
People who are homeless in America are usually mentally ill. America has an extensive welfare program for its people. The U.S. also wastes a lot of money on useless "pork" projects supported by various politicians. Tying the homeless problem in America to its military aid to Israel is like comparing apples and oranges.
